Anna Heche and Anne Lockhart

Anne Celeste Heche (born in 1939) was an American actress who performed a variety of characters on television, in movies and in the theatre. Her work has been recognized with numerous awards like the Daytime Emmy Award. Anne Celeste Heche, born on May 25, 1969, in New York City and passed away on August 11, 2022 in the city of Los Angeles She was an American actor. She made her debut as the twins Vicky Hudson and Marley Love on the soap opera Another World (1987-1991) winning the Daytime Emmy Award and two Soap Opera Digest Awards. In the 1990s, she was more well-known for her performances in the movies Donnie Brasco (1997), Volcano (1997) as well as I Know What You Did the previous Summer (1997). She has also been seen in the action-comedy film Six Days Seven Nights (1998), the comedy-action film Wag the Dog (1997), the drama thriller film Return to Paradise (2000) and the political comedy Wag the Dog (2007). Anne Lockhart was born Anne Kathleen Maloney on September 6, 1953. She is an American actress. She is most well-known for her role as Lieutenant Sheba, in the 1978-1979 television series Battlestar Galactica. Her mother is actress June Lockhart and granddaughter of actor Gene Lockhart. Lockhart began her acting career at a young age. When she was just four, Lockhart appeared in the film T is for Tumbleweed. Oscar nominations were made for the film's short documentary. Her mother invited her to a film studio, where she was taught about how the film industry worked. Lockhart was even in several Lassie episodes. Dora in Jory in 72 was her first movie. When she was 18, she appeared as the daughter of Joan Crawford in 1972 television series The Sixth Sense. Joan played the role in the show for the final time. It is believed that Anne turned down the role of Laurie Strode in John Carpenter's horror film Halloween, in 1978. The role was later recast for Jaime Lee Curtis. Carpenter says that the actress turned down his offer to be Laurie Strode. Anne claims that she doesn't recall ever being contacted or given the part by John Carpenter. Her agent may have declined the offer in her name and with no knowledge. Her initial choice was made to play the role by Glen Larson who sent her a very preliminary script for a role in the 1978 series on television Battlestar Galactica. The actress initially refused the role as she believed the character was weak. Glen wrote an entirely new character for her called Sheba that was more powerful. The first 25-page script had been read by her and she immediately agreed. The show ran for one season. The show also featured her with Desi Arnaz Jr. Melanie Griffith Robert Carradine, Desi Arnaz (son Desi Arnaz & Lucille ball) in Joyride in 1977. She also co-starred with Michael Moriarty as The Dark Tower in 1987.
